- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This company is scam artist and bunch of crooks. I never purchased any homeowner policy from this company. The insurance broker offered me Utica First Insurance Company with rate almost the same as my current insurance. I am advised insurance broker that it is not acceptable and I stay with my current insurance. The Utica anyway request pay $147 even I never signed any documents with them and sent me for collection. This is clear fraud and must be prosecuted by New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Stay away from this company even if they offering free insurance.August 19, 2017by Alexander Gazarkh
